While volunteering in the collapsing economy of Ecuador, one night I was attacked in my home by a local gang in their search for money. I fought for my life. Narrowly escaping death, I suffered severe trauma to my ribcage and jaw. Following the attack, I was in a state of complete disbelief. My whole way of life was turned upside down. Life as I had known it would never be the same.
Soon there after, my doctors began to heavily medicate me. I quickly learned the devastating side effects and addictive nature of prescription medications. I began to feel desperate. I had become dependent on the medications to make it through each day, yet those medications introduced many new health problems and unwanted side effects. The discomfort I was experiencing at that point in my life would be unbearable in years to come
This life-changing experience spurred a personal quest to discover all-natural products that provide relief and restore balance to the body, mind and spirit. My search led me to others who were also desperate for effective, natural relief from pain and discomfort. Their stories inspired me to pursue a new direction in my life—to improve people’s lives through natural products.
