Contact us to let us know that you would like to cancel your order. You should receive an email confirmation within 1-2 business days.

What is your return / refund policy?

My Natural Relief LLC offers a full refund less shipping and handling on all our products. Products must be returned within 90 days of the purchase date. Multiple bottles can be returned at one time, but only (1) one opened bottle per product may be returned for a full refund. The remaining bottles must be unopened and in resalable condition. For a successful return please contact us beforehand to authorize the return. When returning your order, please include the following information:

How long does shipping take?

We are pleased to offer 2-3 day standard shipping service through the U.S. Postal Service. We ship within 1-2 business days, and the USPS suggests an allowance of 5-8 business days for your order to arrive. If an item is out of stock we will notify you by email and provide you with an estimated date that inventory will be restocked. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
