  • In the Inquiry Field – type the phrase,” I would like to cancel my auto-ship”.
  • You should then receive a confirmation via email of your cancellation within 72 business hours.

Will these products have an effect on any of my other prescription medications?

As with any vitamin/supplement it is always recommended that you consult a physician prior to use.

What is the return/refund policy?

My Natural Relief offers a full refund less shipping and handling on all our products. Products must be returned within 90 days of the purchase date. Multiple bottles can be returned at one time, but only (1) one opened bottle per product may be returned for a full refund. The remaining bottles must be unopened and in resalable condition. For a successful return please include the following information:
